Refund and Returns Policy of Skyhato Plant Store

However, we understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning items, requesting refunds, and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns and exchanges for most items purchased directly from Skyhato Plant Store. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Live plants must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, and you must notify us of any issues with the plants within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Plants that have been potted, pruned, or altered after delivery.
  • Custom orders or personalized items.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events, unless specified otherwise.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@skyhato.com or call (952) 808-8965 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not return any items without first obtaining a Return Authorization.

Once we approve your return, we will send you the necessary return instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

3. Refund Process

After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of a mistake made by Skyhato (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned with visible signs of use or damage, or if it is returned outside of the 7-day window, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return procedure outlined above. After we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. The shipping cost for the new item will be your responsibility, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@skyhato.com. We will need photos of the damage or defect to process your return or exchange. Skyhato will cover the shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective items.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely, but in the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, we will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

6. How to Return Items

To return items to us, please ensure the following:

  • The items are securely packaged in their original packaging, including any accessories, instructions, or parts that were included with the original order.
  • Include the Return Authorization Number provided by Skyhato.
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return instructions.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as Skyhato is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not properly tracked.

7. Late Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange. However, we will review each case individually and try to find an acceptable solution.

8. Promotional Returns

For items purchased during promotional events, special sales, or discounts, returns and exchanges are still accepted under the same conditions as stated above. However, please note that final sale items or items marked as non-returnable during promotions are not eligible for return or refund.

9. International Returns

At this time, we only offer returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
